Well, we are home from the hospital! FINALLY!! It's been a long week :-) Things are good. I still have to take it pretty easy. I can be on my leg every day, but I need to sit and elevate it often. I am on Lovenox, a blood thinner, that I give myself in the form of a shot twice daily. Not the most exciting thing I have ever had to do, but I can do it. I also switched from my family practice doctor to a high risk pregnancy doctor at the hospital. I will go in weekly to have ultrasounds done on the baby to make sure she's still doing alright. They will watch the blood clot as well. I feel much better knowing I am with a doctor that specializes in this field and one that has dealt with patients in this situation before. I know the baby and I will be well taken care of. I think that's it. Thank you so much for all the support, encouraging notes, phone calls and visits, and of course PRAYER! Thank you for praying. There was a point when I didn't think I'd get to go back to work, and I start again next week! Praise the Lord! But most importantly, praise the Lord that our baby is doing fine. We love and thank you all.

As a nurse Steph, I am so proud of you! You have done so well, and I know this was really hard... Now that you can give shots, maybe I will recruit you for the next flu season!! jk. John and I are continuing to pray for you daily. We love you guys!
