My kiddos have croup. Yucka. Pretty good during the day, but the nights (and early mornings) are a bit tougher.
Learning and continuing to trust in God in all areas of my life. I love my job. I adore my kids. I am truly embracing this stay-at-home-mom thing. But I really miss my husband. We were hoping there was an end in sight to his traveling, but it's looking like it will be a while longer. Just trusting that God has a bigger plan.

The highlight of my week today-- spent the day with the Marsh crew at the 101 Market.

Hi all! It's been awhile... just a bit to report...

Eli is walking! All over the place. Super cute -- he's very proud of himself!!

Addie is still LOVING preschool! Best decision I've ever made!

My parents are still in Hawaii. So jealous.

My friend Natalie just had a baby girl- little Georgia June. Can't wait to meet her!

Dance season is right around the corner and I can't wait to start coaching :)

I'm running my first 10K with Brandt tomorrow morning!

And there are some big changes for our family just around the corner-- stay tuned-- (not a baby ya'll) !

Addie put on my shades last week and said, "Mom, I'm posh!" Thank you to Natalie for the book, Fancy Nancy, where she learned that word :)

Almost walking! Well, he is walking-- about 7-8 steps before realizing he can crawl way faster!

Addie was in her first parade last Saturday! My dance team did a pom dance and Addie danced along with them. She loved it!!

Ok- rephrase that-- Addie danced along behind them (most of the time) !

We're doing well. Addie is LOVING preschool!! She goes twice a week for 2 hours each time. They sing songs, have story time, make crafts, and eat snacks, among other things, I'm sure. I think it will be very good for her. And it's a nice break for me!

Eli had his one year appt today. Here are his stats (this is for Brandt):
Height: 30 inches (50th-75th percentile)
Weight: 23 lb. 7 oz. (50th-75th percentile)
Head: 48.5 (95th percentile)
His shots were horrible. As a parent, you always feel so helpless as you are pinning down the screaming child! But we survived :)

Missing Brandt a lot this week. Looking forward to the weekend.

Well, we did it! B and I had a fantastic weekend in Duluth as we participated in the Inline Marathon. It was windy and a bit wet, but we survived with no falls and had a blast!! We also enjoyed the company of good friends :)

I sent my baby girl off to preschool this morning. She was SUPER excited!! It's just 2 hours a day, 2 days a week, but yes, I still cried after I dropped her off. Kinda a big milestone in my book. Now Eli is napping and I'm going to enjoy a bit of peace and quiet... but today I'll probably be counting down the minutes until I can pick her up :) I'm sure I'll get past that soon ;)

It's amazing how much more interactive and social Addie is around girls. Almost all of my friends here in town have boys, so Addie is around boys most of the time. She does fine, but just usually plays by herself. But not around these girls! They had a blast together! I even got told to 'leave the room' when I went up to check on them. No moms allowed! We had a great mini-vaca to Duluth. And now I'm halfway through the week... :)

SUCH A GIRL!! I was putting Eli down for a nap-- maybe downstairs for 3 minutes-- and when I came upstairs, Addie had painted one hand already and was onto hand #2. Don't worry, Brandt, none of it ended up on the rug (much to my surprise)!! She was so proud of herself.

Our date today--- Build A Bear Workshop at Ridgedale. I've been very much anti-Build-A-Bear, but it was a BLAST! Addie LOVED it!
B is in LA this week for work. Hard to see him go yesterday after a great week off for vacation. And slightly jealous that he gets to spend some time with Jeff while out there. But we'll stay busy! We always do :)
